Strawberry Creek Collection has a unique selection of gourmet
condiments—mustards, mayonnaise, sauces, spreads and spice blends. After years of
giving jars of champagne mustard away as gifts, we started production in a small
kitchen near Strawberry Creek on the Redwood Coast of California. Our kitchen today carries on the family tradition - making a variety of gourmet mustards,
mayonnaises and sauces in small batches, using only the finest all-natural ingredients.
We add no preservatives or artificial colors to our products.

 Champagne Mustard
Our original and most popular mustard. Smooth, piquant and sweet. In other words, creamy, a bit sweet with a punch of heat that’ll hit you right in the nose. The best for glazing ham or a pork loin. Try it on grilled salmon or smudge it on a baguette with a little goat cheese. Yum!! For an incredible dip, just grab a bag of pretzels or a handful of vegetables and dunk away!
